We strive to deliver all the orders placed from CasaIsota.com to our customers, but we are sincerely sorry to inform our customers that order confirmations do not necessarily guarantee shipment due to the limited quantities.  We are currently working hard on launching our pre-order platform to ensure that we will be able to fulfill every order placed in the future.

International Shipping

If local duties and taxes are not included under the price of the item on the product page and at checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of this is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

Since our products are very limited as they are made to order per season, we sincerely apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences that it may cause with your orders. This rarely happens, but keep in mind once we are nearing an end of a season, it will be difficult for us to produce more, so be sure to place your orders when styles are newly released if you really want something!
